A shout out to the lovely folks at Ten Speed Spokes for having my six when my cleat disintegrated when we started out for a ride. Appreciate you fishing what I needed out of the back. ❤️💪🚴.

In October 2025, I was heading to our home in Southern Florida for the winter. The boss (my wife) gave me the go ahead to look for an upgrade of my road bike. I was looking for a specific Specialized model and the only local bike shop who had my size and model was Ten Spokes. I spoke with the owner, Tom Kearns who was professional and accommodating. I called on a Friday at 3:50PM and his store was closing at 5:00. He told me not to worry and that he'd wait for me to drive there. With fall traffic, it took me over an hour and he waited for me. That's service to me. He had the bike ready for me to test ride and told me to take my time. With the ride and purchase, I didn't get out of there until 6:00PM. Again, that's service. He didn't rush me, he let me ask all the questions I had and offered clear and concise answers. With all of the options to purchase a bike, go and talk to Tom and his staff at Ten Spokes. They all get an A+. Update: Bikes like cars and every other product can have issues. The difference is when the store you buy something from stands behind their product. I'm having an issue with a rear cassette. My local bike shop in Florida handled it like most

These guys are awesome. Came to newport on an overnight and an itinerary centered around our tandem bike. Both tubes blew up on the way over from the sun expanding the tire pressure. They fixed both wheels for us and we were back in business in 20 minutes on a day that is busy for them. They were very nice as well. Highly recommend.

We had problems with the tires of a bicycle we bought for our little son and they repaired it in less than 5 minutes, excellent service.

My experience here today was amazing. Great service, friendly, and super simple to get in and out during quarantine times, even though they were busy. 100% will be a returning customer for bike maintenance. Also the hours are quite frankly unheard of for a bike shop. 10/10.
